LCDR JIM MATCHEM, NSCC EXECUTIVE OFFICER GREENSBORO DIVISION

LCDR Matchem has been with the Sea Cadets for 30 years; he has served three different units, and has been instrumental in forming 2 of those units. In his 30 years of service to the Sea Cadet Corps CDR Matchem has held billets from Training Officer to Executive Officer to Commanding Officer of three different units. CDR Matchem is the former Commanding Officer of the Greensboro Division and after 16 years as a Commanding Officer of three different units he decided to step down and take the billet of Executive Officer (XO).
